I am a fly fisherman and white water rafter. These 2 activities require the skill of being able to read the current and where it wants to take you for a successful float. This ability to correctly read the current works to the benefit of the real estate buyer and/or seller who uses my services in today's challenging real estate market.

My 10 years of experience in purchasing raw and finished materials for an orthopedic manufacturing business and 7 years experience in operating my own successful home inspection business have equipped me with the negotiation skills necessary to help my clients achieve their best price along with the ability to provide an insightful perspective of the home's visible condition.

I am a Boise Native, a graduate of Caldwell High School and the College of Idaho. I’ve been happily married for over 30 years and have lovable 85 pound Goldendoodle. In addition to rafting and fishing, my hobbies include landscaping, gardening and woodworking.
